Well since the only operation that will buy the George Washington filly is Coolmore i can’t see it going for a huge amount.
Its a filly after all….400,000k or less would be fair. Anything more is pricey
Well she made 280,000 Euros at Goffs last November. From the pictures I’ve seen she has done well and I’m sure the pin-hookers know what they are doing. Even in this market I’d expect about 350,000 Guineas.
Lets hope she is not as bonkers as George and Grandera her sire and uncle or her handlers will have fun with her at the sales.
George Washington’s sole progeny, a yearling out of the mare Flawlessly(Fr), has been sold at auction for 320,000gns and is reputed to be going into training with Richard Hannon.
Just in case they are struggling for a name I thought it’d be a bit of fun to try to come up with something suitable.
Keep them clean.
