Any news after what looked like a bad fall yesterday? Nothing on the RP comments but even Jerry Hannon (who I find quite often fails to refer to suspicious looking fallers or pulled-up horses) referred to the jockey as “tending to his stricken horse”.
‘Up and none the worse’ was the comment from somebody whose name I do not know on RTV.
On the Sportinglife video replay of the race you can see Bryan Cooper walking him back (at -29 seconds to go)
Yes was also watching and feared he was injured, but they said it was a tired fall, so exhausted rather than injured …

Probably best to post it here Cymro unless it is confirmed he has passed away and requires a memorial. The admins can then always move it if needed.
Someone once posted an enquiry about Cue Card after he had a fall in the Memorials section; seeing his name there nearly gave me a heart attack!
