15 wins from 183 rides on the turf this year.
Obviously he’s unlikely to retire but he’s not giving horses the same quality of ride he once did. 8% is a very poor strike rate.
September 26, 2013 at 18:34 #452419He is a bit sluggish- maybe time for a decoke.

September 26, 2013 at 20:01 #452428Just not riding the same quality of horse at the moment as he once did, he has become a forgotten man since his suspension
September 27, 2013 at 01:22 #452452How do they put it?You must meet on your way down again the same people you walked over on your way to the top.
September 27, 2013 at 09:07 #452459He has only just been employed by the man with burning pockets so it would make no sense for Frankie to up whip now as he has only the other day won a group 1 and has plenty of ammo to win more. As the pro’s on this forum say the jockey plays little part so Frankie just has to sit on the best value horse to win.

Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
September 27, 2013 at 09:25 #452460Dettori will ride a few decent winners again, he likes the game too much to retire. Obviously he’s not going to get the same quality of rides, but he doesn’t need the money so that doesn’t factor in there, he does it for the love of the sport.
