Canford CliffsMarch 27, 2011 at 13:38 #347471Atrocious ride by Heffernan on Wonder of Wonders.
March 27, 2011 at 14:44 #347477Can’t blame Heffernan at all IMO. The race was just a nightmare for her. Caught up behind a slowing front-runner, had several horses bunched up around her and was being knocked, followed by a horse drifting over her left. Completely throw out the run.
Nice to see such an unexposed list of horses to follow, Canford.
Fiorente
World Domination
Suhaili
Garde Cotiere
Trade Commissioner
Eagles Peak
MaxiosIzzi Top
Kirinda
Morning Charm
PrimevereAnd Sunset Avenue’s one to follow in the latter part of the season.

Not a shrewdie like some of you guys. They have to hit me right in the face.
March 27, 2011 at 15:11 #347479Lovely ride by Joesph O’Brien on Empowering.
Such a shame that weight will cut short his riding career.
March 27, 2011 at 16:43 #347485Apache travelled like a class horse but couldn’t find an extra gear and perhaps needs a furlong or 2 further. That said, Colm O’Donoghue was quite easy on him and I’m certain thsi colt will be winning very soon.
Cracking days racing at Leopardstown today. really enjoyed it.
March 27, 2011 at 18:06 #347492My horses to follow

March 27, 2011 at 18:17 #347493Was impressed with the winner, Best Hello. That was a smashing debut performance. He won that easy and Apache was never going to get near him.
It’ll be interesting to see how Best Hello gets on in his next race. I bet his trainer is excited.

small list of 3 from me
Carlton House
Wooton Bassett
Zoowraa
Catlton House = agree with forum members.
Wooton Basett =
Unbeaten in five starts as a two-year-old, in which he bagged connections more than £500,000 in prize-money.Zoowraa = "She is clearly a smart performer in the making and should have little difficulty with another furlong next year, so a general quote afterwards of 16-1 for the 1,000 Guineas did not come as a surprise, especially considering how open the race looks at the moment. A note of caution was sounded by her connections, though, as she is not that big and will need to winter well to progress"
March 27, 2011 at 21:58 #347527Heard very good word from a reliable source in England that this World Domination has been catching pigeons with Frankel but has never been entered for a race,Whats your oppinion on this lad??I see hes 25’s for the derby
March 27, 2011 at 22:16 #347532I’d love it if that rumour were true. Love it. His price collapsed around January. Unfortunately I missed the boat so I’m only on at 25s, perhaps foolishly. He’s wonderfully bred, but he’ll need to debut inside the next 3 weeks if he’s to have any Derby aspirations. Teddy Grimthorpe said to the AP a week ago that he’d done ‘precious little’.
March 28, 2011 at 10:40 #347582How do you guys see.ST Nicholas Abbey and Jan Veemeer will do this year both were dissapointing last year. Can they bounce back i think they could.

3 out of 10 and Voodoo Prince is on my shortlist too, just didn’t mention him because he’s already so ‘exposed’, so 4/10. And people say trends are useless
March 29, 2011 at 17:47 #347759Bated Breath (R Charlton)
Beatrice Aurore (J L Dunlop)
Karaka Jack (D Nicholls)
March 29, 2011 at 18:01 #347763Looking forward to John Oxx’s 3 year old Alanza in the Irish 1,000 Guineas. Lot to like about his maiden win.
