This thread is a great accomplishments and one of my all time favourites. The only thing I have done repeatedly for 18 years is my morning tea and the way I make it changed six years ago. ( Put in three bags instead of two, and filled to top of small pot and dont stir and leave for five minutes at least.)
I dont know when the thread started but my guess is 2003/4. Quite a herculean effort from Matron and I used to look in every so often to see if anyone had disturbed the status quo.
Gamble, actually it started in 2001 when I first joined the forum.
The majority of the “thread” was lost when “TRF” changed over to “WordPress” format.

Well it does not surprise me at all Matron – so two long decades and I doubt, bar possibly the Massey site there is anything quite to equal this sort of application of effort, in the racing area. Massey may even have gone – I haven’t checked it for years. Midnight is another long thread in systems but although nearing one decade,my hunch tells me it will not surpass first favourite in years.
I might also add this cumulative effort of yours is testament to man’s endeavour and striving, and a poke in the eye to sloth, the cardinal sin and charter for layabouts.
