There is a copy of the ‘Trident Attack Plan’ offered on ebay.

Plan originally cost £499 and I rather fancy that Clive Holt had given way to greed by this time.

This same guy is offering the Quattro plan by Fineform for £349 (originally £399)

I think he is taking the piss. I don’t ever recall Clive Holt selling anything this expensive.

    Dolus

Having been on Clive Holt’s mailing list for a time, I’m afraid he offered them for the original selling price quoted on ebay. His books were useful and informative, but the Trident and Quattro Plans seemed to be set out to pull in quick money.

    Hi robnorth

I was on Clives mauling (sorry mailing) list having bought a few of his books, but never received anything like that.

Perhaps he knew I was hard up and could never afford them, as he once sent me a letter one Saturday, advising a horse available at 40/1 with Bill Hill. It was only 20/1 at my local Laddys so I took SP. It won at 25/1.

Maybe the idea was that I should put £50 on, then buy the Trident and Quattro systems out of the winnings.

Wasn’t the Quattro made by Audi and the Trident the first airliner with engines at the rear? (three of them hence the name.)
