I have just watched the film ‘V for Vengence’ .. excellent, if not a little bit close to the mark.
July 2, 2007 at 02:28 #105702They showed Dirty War here on TV – it was a BBC film.
Very scarey especially given the current situation over there
July 2, 2007 at 20:03 #105793Are you in the real Singapore, near China Kingston Town ??
July 3, 2007 at 02:23 #105830Yes that’s it! The real Singapore – it’s a strange weird little place at times.

But I get to come home in 218 days times
(That’s why this reply is late because I was asleep when you posted)
July 3, 2007 at 04:51 #105835..and quite often I am the only person in the room here………. it’s like there’s a lockdown and no one else can get in
or I’m on a desert island……….
oh and just to keep in tone with the thread – I am watching Notes On A Scandal tonight. It’s supposed to be good and I like Judi Dench, she was good in As Time Goes By
July 3, 2007 at 15:57 #105903did anyone ever see sunshine…about the sun dying out? Saw the trailer and thought it would be shocking…but ended up seeing it and loving it…
…notes on a scandal is excellent…they are both brilliant and dench is truely creepy!! Funnily enough she reminded me a little of my gran!!
December 20, 2007 at 11:33 #6011Hi everyone,
My Mrs is going away for a couple of days and I’m home alone
Looking forward to a couple of evenings to myself. Iv’e made a chilli, filled the fridge with beer. Happy days. Now, I was tring to remember the last DVD I hired from Blockbuster but I can’t.
I would like to watch (uninterupted) a good film tonight. Any recommendations please? I quite like a thriller or a good comedy.(Obviously, I’ll be doing the Spearmint Rhino trip during the day
)December 20, 2007 at 12:55 #131326I’ve heard the re-make of Debbie Does Dallas is quite good Crizzy

BTW, you’re supposed to watch a good film when the wife is there
. When the wife is away, thats when you get the sport on, get the lads round for a game of poker, get pissed etc
Right, now to your question. I don’t watch films that much Crizzy so I can’t help sorry.
I bet now you’re thinking I’ve just waited 10 seconds of your life making you read this post.
Have a good night mate.
