Quick question: Has Graham Goode finally retired? Can’t remember hearing him for ages.
Yes – he and Dave Smith were "retired" last December. David Fitzgerald joined the rosta as a replacement.
No commentators are scheduled to "retire" this year.
I could be way off the mark here but – I thought id read somewhere on here the roster retirement age was at the end year of your 60th birthday??? That would mean Derek Thompson, Iain Mac or Aussie Jim cant be far away…

I must admit that was my understanding but I have been told, by a senior commentator, that is not the case.
Age may be a factor but it is not the single determining factor.
Of the three you mention Tommo was 61 last Sunday, Croc is 59 and nobody seems to know how old Iain is.
Whether any of the three you mention are actually past their sell-by date is, of course, subjective.
