Nice to hear that the old boy is to be retired and will be given a five star one too.
At his best I thought that he was thrown in at Sandown today but could only manage seventh.
Raced off 145 compared to a career high 169.
Obviously time to call it a day.
Dual Grade 1 winner who only cost £8000.
Well done to the connections and I hope that he has a long and happy retirement.January 7, 2017 at 18:48 #1280689^ ^
Second that
January 7, 2017 at 18:56 #1280692Thought for an awful moment Dynaste was dead.
Well done Dynaste and connections.
Value Is EverythingJanuary 7, 2017 at 23:26 #1280733Thankfully not the final farewell.
I’m sure we are going to see him parading at every opportunity throughout the year and how well he looks. Amazing how in a couple of years he has turned pure white just like Desert Orchid.
I couldn’t watch the race today after seeing Alice Plunkett interviewing Dynaste’s doting handler just before the race whilst hiding behind a hedge. I really felt for her and now she has her beloved boy home safe and sound to dote on in his retirement.
Thanks for all the happy memories Dynaste you deserve a long and happy retirement.

January 8, 2017 at 08:49 #1280749Very pleased to hear this news yesterday.
Dynaste has been a big favourite of mine over the years, but it was clearly time to call it a day. Glad connections have done the right thing by him and he’s come out the game in one piece.
Happy retirement old boy!
