Haven’t looked at facebook for ages; someone called Heather asking me if I’m me; of course I’m me, but I don’t know anyone called Heather. I don’t really understand facebook either, Gerald, but then I can’t use mobile phones and things either……

Gerald – quite a few racing pages on there – Willie Mullins for example issues news on his runners, Aidan O’Brien has a page and scores of others with a few points of interest and I’m sure you’ll find something to amuse yourself. If you’re stuck you can always have a look at my Cheltenham pics.

Nevermind Facebook. People literally spend 2 Hours a day scrolling through the bloody thing.
