A DANISH own goal is the only reason this clown joke side is still in the competition.

It’s time for some Danish magic

    That was not a penalty.

Sterling should have been sent off for diving.

Great news though if England do somehow win thanks to a danish own goal and a penalty that never was.

The English clowns will be even more heartbroken when they lose in the final to the class team – The Italians

Ginge who is the better keeper between the two tonight?
If you played family fortunes and surveyed 100 people and asked them that question the result would be 100 – 0

I think England deserve to be in front, although much as it pains me
I’ve got to agree with Robbo, I don’t think it was a penalty.

    Nathan,
You said Pickford was the “worst keeper in England history”. So however much I agree with you that Denmark had the better keeper tonight – has nothing to do with what you said earlier.

Do you not remember Rob Green and David James to name but two?

tbh I think Pickford is a confidence keeper, when things are going well he’s good, but as soon as he makes one mistake three or more come in quick succession. Did wonder whether Southgate would bring on Johnstone or Ramsdale if it went to penalties.

Imagine putting Jack Grealish on and then subbing him.

Can’t wait for the Italians to humiliate this virtue signalling joke team.

The pain will be hard for these English mugs on Sunday when they get a footballing lesson – Italian style.

tbh Yes if that penalty was awarded the other way I’d be disappointed. But Denmark did very little in the second half and extra-time. Only when we got in front (and England went into 100% defensive mode) did Denmark try to attack. England were well on top at the time of the pen’ and had it not been given that would’ve continued, especially playing against 10 men second half of extra time.

    I’ll give you Rob Green.
The thing I’m getting at is people are saying how great Pickford has been just because of all the clean sheets they will be saluting Pickford as the next Gordon Banks when in reality he is a liability

Wow! England are favourites to beat Italy.
    5/6 England and 6/5 Italy.

I’d have expected the other way around.

England were much the better team, tho did benefit from a home-own decision on the penalty. Their name is written on the cup; a handy draw, home advantage, and in Sterling the 2nd best player of the tournament. Italy without Spinazolla (the player fo the tournament) looked toothless against Spain, and just about held on. Spain have been by far the best team, but from the very first game vs Sweden weren’t brave enough to attack more.
Think England are good value at 4/5 to lift the cup, and I’d be delighted fro Southgate.

As I said.: Pickford is good when things are going well for both him and/or England. Deserves credit for previous games this tournament… But when things are not going well he can be a liability. However, neither Johnstone or Ramsdale is any better.
