Greaneteen to big not to have a play , Chacun may well be back on home soil but he,s very short for a horse who has lost 2 of his last 3 runs
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
February 6, 2022 at 11:24 #1581691Chacun hacks up if he’s anywhere near his best but two of his last three runs have been at below his usual standard and we have to take it on trust that he’s fully over whatever was ailing him at Christmas.
Greaneteen is the clear next best but the Nicholls horses are not at their best; I’m sure this run would have been factored into the horse’s jab schedule but the Ditcheat representative is too short given the question marks surrounding him.
Cash Back could be worth an each-way tickle, I suppose, given the doubts with the top two in the market. Showed he was in good nick when winning comfortably from a big talking horse last time out (the second has won since but was hardly impressive) and might be ridden to pick up the pieces.

February 6, 2022 at 13:59 #1581748Meh. He’d have to start now to beat the big two in the QMCC.
February 6, 2022 at 17:40 #1581811CPS did it easily today, as he was entitled to. However, 2 trips outside of Ireland have resulted in 2 convincing defeats. Willie did indicate he think he’s better going into his racing slightly undercooked these days so a change of tack in store this time around. Doubt he will be troubling Energumene or Shishkin though, unless his job is to block Shishkin…
