End of work for a week.

All the pressies sorted out and the cards and e-cards gently pouring in.

Bottle of Old Peculier chasing down the fish supper Mrs Column bought.

And the Puissance back on terrestrial telly. Immense performance by William Whitaker. Only 18 years old and already a chip off the old block!

(When did the Puissance creep back onto Beeb 2, incidentally? No complaints, obviously – just missed it in recent years if it’s been on).

That’ll calm me down nicely ahead of the upstream battle on the M1 and M6 tomorrow…
