The BHA have released the following statement:-
Disciplinary Panel hearing into alleged breaches of the Rules of Racing by Maurice Sines, James Crickmore, Paul Doe, Greg Fairley, Paul Fitzsimons, Kirsty Milczarek, Jimmy Quinn et al concludes
The Disciplinary Panel inquiry to consider allegations of breaches of the Rules of Racing, focusing on horses being laid to lose on betting exchanges in 10 races that took place between 17 January 2009 and 15 August 2009, has today concluded.
The Disciplinary Panel will now consider the submissions of all parties before announcing any decisions.
It is the intention of the Panel to publish full written reasons for its findings in relation to whether or not there are breaches and any subsequent penalties in due course.
