It was hard to win, you were a valiant opponent Yeats. Thought for a moment that you had won. Thanks Nathan for running this.

You've got to accentuate the positive.
    Eliminate the negative.
    Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.

Couldn’t carry my Goodwood form over to this competition, fought back a little but too late.

Well done silent assassins and good luck in the next round.

I was asked by Nathan to conduct the draw for the next round – and here it is

    Silent Assassins Vs Mike 007

    Greenasgrass Vs Broadsword

    Eddy7 Vs Mike 2084

    RedRum77 Vs Chestnut

Some strong match-ups there – in fact ALL are strong match-ups. Good luck everyone.

Hi Nathan noticed that mike007 throughout the competition his selections don’t appear on the page is there a reason for this I ask as I like to follow the selections as they go head to head during the afternoon

Mike private messages his selections to me
I think he is cautious of Duplicate picks if for example trailing after a 1st leg
Anyone is welcome to pm their selections

Even though I’m not involved this year Ive often wondered about what SA just asked you Nathan and surely at this important quarter finals stage of play wouldn’t it be fairer for all players to be on a level playing field.
Nothing to stop Mike007 Posting last. B-)

Best of luck to all in the quarter finals :good: Jac
