    Ami right in saying that David Flood has ceased training and if so, what would happen to the horses he has? He currently trains Jonny Ebeneezer and i would love to see the horse race in some capacity again…

    The horses trained by David Flood will be dispersed as their owners see fit. Since the owner of Jonny Ebeneezer is Cheryl Flood, the couple haven’t got cash to throw around and the horse hasn’t won since Mr Flood’s halcyon days as a trainer (ahem), you would imagine he’d be retired. Or they may have to eat him when winter kicks in.

    As many of you will know, I was not in favour of David Flood regaining his training licence back in the first place. So am pleased he has now given it up.
