I have a friend that always brings a card round on the Saturday before Christmas because he knows I’ll be at home watching the racing which means I don’t get to see it. So it happens again today but, thankfully I nipped upstairs to check out the next race and, lo and behold there was Regal Encore who I always back, Would have been gutted to miss it. First thought was, have all the other perennial Regal Encore backers been on today, so I’m pleased to read that they have…phew. Mind you, I think I’m going to give up on my other ‘always back’; Del Arca.
