Thanks Darren and befair, I was delighted yesterday. At least both have
some kind of chance in the overall betting.

Hi Darren and befair, I know I should have stuck this up earlier,
but I stuck 30 quid on Putnam to be 2nd round leader (only because
I’ve got yesterday’s winning, which I’m just about to move to my
bank. Putnam is incredibly 5 under for his round after 8 holes,
having just pitched in an 88ft 3rd shot on the 7th into the hole.
He’s 1 shot off the lead after 8. This is getting spooky. I took
him at 9/1 and he’s now 10/11 fav for the 2nd round leader. I did
mention it on the Meydan thread when he was 11/2. Jeepers

He got through the par 3. It’s just Potgieter and Kirk now.

What a drive by Potgieter Darren. Having said that Kirk is
    in great shape too.

Spitting feathers when I woke up as the BMW was under way and I decided
last night before I fell asleep I was backing Shaun Norris. He had played
5 (according to oddschecker) and was level. I managed to get 90/1 with
Bet365 1st round but he was down to 4 places. I should have got him at 100
or 110 5 and 6 places. I was lucky to get 70/1 6 places with Betfair Sportsbook
as he was down about 50s in many places. I don’t know why. Anyway he is now 1
under after 7. Note to self – get them in early !!!

Shaun Norris 70/1 BF Sportsbook (90/1 1st round leader market) Bet365, but 4 places.

What a round by Davis Thompson, 8 birdies and no bogies. That puts him
1 shot behind the leader Doug Ghim and bang back in it.

I think in the BmW our best hope is Marcel Schneider who is 6 under but
a further 6 behind the leader Davis Bryant. Still 2 rounds to go and he
only needs to find a terrific round to get back into this. Saturday is
moving day so let’s hope he hits ii out the park tomorrow. :good:

Or maybe not as that means he’ll be out of bounds ;-)
