It will be interesting to see how River Tiber gets on at Navan tomorrow.

Has Ward had many runners in the Coventry before?
American Rascal looks a proper 5f horse and the Coventry tends to be a fast 6f race which lends itself to needing a bit of stamina over the tripCharles Darwin to conquer the World
A huge difference of opinion amongst the layers. Hills go 3/1 favourite but he is 10/1 in the Betfair Sportsbook, which I had to take!

Tip priced 4/1 for Norfolk and 8/1 for Windsor Castle.
I cannot see him running in the latter. And I reckon American Rascal might put them off the former.
Today’s race was just over 5.5 furlongs. Dropping back to 5 would obviously not bother him but – to use a modern phrase – he hit the line hard.
He looks like their Coventry horse to me.
River tiber Looked to have a bit of a rounded knee action and devoured the soft ground
Looks a very good royal ascot prospect
