    Collapsed and died during the Scottish Champion Hurdle at Ayr having burst a major blood vessel of his heart. RIP

    Tragic. Thoughts to all who loved him. Felt something was wrong when he fell back through the field. Too young to lose his life :(
    Was so happy and relieved that all horses and riders came home safe and sound from the Grand National but very sad to see so many loses since. RIP to Cotton Mill and all the other horses that have been lost :( :cry:

    It was rather horrible to see him being hit a few times as he dropped back through the field. Would have thought an experienced jockey could have felt something was wrong.
