Anybody know the approx cost of sponsoring a minor race at somewhere like Bangor, Uttoxeter or Ludlow.
One of our regular gang of racegoers sadly died recently, and we were thinking of trying to sponsor a race in his name.
If it’s ridiculous, its a non starter, but we only really want to name a race in his memory, rather than go for any sponsors’ junket.
Cheers

There will likely be some details about sponsorship on their webites, your best bet is probably getting in touch with the course and enquiring, should be able to find the relevant e-mail or phone number via the websites.
Hope this helps

In the current climate, you might get away with an offer of £500 and four or five badges!
I can look ahead at the program and see if any specific meeting already has sponsors – if you think that would help, drop me a PM.
