Sponsor/Prizes tbc but the ‘Correct Score’ competition starts tomorrow (Saturday 1st Nov) and lasts ’til the last Saturday of the Premeirship season.

    Rules –
You have to nominate correct scores from up to 4 English or Scottish League games every week (any divison). Prices to be taken from Ladbrokes advertised prices.
You can select up to 2 scores per game but can’t select more than 10 games in any one week.
You can make selections on any league and any day of the week, so long as they are English or Scottish League games.
You must make a total of at least 30 selections throughout the season and the winner is the person who makes best Level Stakes Profit.

Any further rule amendments will be made as we go on the basis of fair play (although it all sounds straightforward to me).

Competition starts tomorrow (Sat 1st Nov and all selections should be made on this thread.

    CHELSEA v SUNDERLAND 3-0 and 0-0

    EVERTON v FULHAM 2-0 and 0-0

    MAN UTD v HULL 3-2 and 1-1

    EXETER v CHESTER 3-0 and 4-0

(For what it’s worth, If I think on and remember, I’ll keep track of how one would fare by simply going for a 2-0 home win on the first four matches in alphabetical order played in the Prem. League on a Saturday. Then, if such a random method proves more profitable than my guesses, It’ll confirm what I always suspected -that I should never have bothered gambling )

Sorry Pompete – me being clear as mud as usual.

I meant no more than 4 games per day and no more than 10 per week.

Insomniac – the random 2-0 thing sounds good, go for it.

Just discovered that you can see the settled prices on Ladbrokes site after the event has finished so no need to post odds with your selections (as I’m the only clown that did it I suppose the rest of you had already realised that!).

The Wick game is not a league game but is 2nd round Scottish Cup which also counts.

Excellent stuff Danny. I’d like to know the odds on the 2-1 Stoke win.
