    :-(
This is the email i sent that will enplane all.

    Date 17th March 2016

This is a ongoing case that was opened on the 16th March 2016 .
The query is as you can see I put 4 dogs on a fourfold bet and put the trap number and not the name of the dogs , I did take the prices at 6.06pm .
The bet came up with all 4 dogs winning and settled by your computer .

If you look at the 8.50 race T3 was selected and an early price was taken 11/8.
This dog was entered as a reserve at 5pm the same day and your rules state.
    19.5 EARLY PRICE BETTING
An ‘Early Price’ bet is defined as a bet struck with a Coral price taken after the final declarations for the race have been made and before the first show of the racecourse board prices are displayed.
    And 20.5 WITHDRAWN GREYHOUNDS
If a greyhound is withdrawn from a race which has early morning prices, all bets struck prior to the withdrawal will be settled at SP.

So I asked the cashier to see if i should be paid SP for that dog and he phoned your help desk. To my complete disagreement your help desk deemed it a none runner void due to me taking the price.
If i would have named the greyhound then yes i agree due to your rules 20.4 below

20.4 NAMED GREYHOUNDS (Mine was unnamed)
But nowhere in your rules does it say if you take a price on a greyhound then you are naming it (In all my years of betting I have always bet via trap and not name and if a reserve has taken part in the same trap i have bet on then that is the dog i backed) Please read your rules 20.15
The following rules apply:20.15 SPECIAL MULTIPLES
Where special multiples are available (ie: Doubles, Trebles and upwards) the following rules will apply:
Win bets only are accepted. Any each way bets taken in error will be settled to win.
If any of the featured greyhounds are non runners all bets will be settled on the remaining selections at SP.
If any non runners or reserves are involved in the selected races, all bets will be settled at SP.
(This means to me that you may have taken a price but the price is no longer available to me and my bet will be settled at SP because the Reserve has taken the Trap selected over deeming it a runner)
Also I would like to add that in the 8.50 race we are talking about (If every punter in the UK bet with Coral on this trap and taken the price , Not 1 person could have won the bet with you even with you computer system saying it’s a winner to all as you would have not paid anyone . But the ironic part to this is that if the reserve dog (That was not expected to win) would have lost then all the bets would have including mine said that it was a loser on your system and my betting slip would have been in your bin with moneys on it ) so that trap 3 in that race was 100% running for Corals coffers (NOT GOOD AT ALL)

It looks to me like you are treating this as a named greyhound but it is not.
Even if i named the dog and put the trap number with it your rules state that you would settle via the TRAP NUMBER ?????? What more can i say.
These are your rules not mine.
Any named greyhound which becomes a non-runner will be void, even if the greyhound is replaced by a reserve running from the same trap number. Should both the name and trap number be listed we will refer to the trap number for settlement purposes.
If a named greyhound runs from a different trap number than the one listed at the time the bet was struck, the bet will stand.
Bets for unnamed second or third favorites in Greyhound races are not acceptable and if taken in error will be void.

    20.15 SPECIAL MULTIPLES
Where special multiples are available (ie: Doubles, Trebles and upwards) the following rules will apply:
Win bets only are accepted. Any each way bets taken in error will be settled to win.
If any of the featured greyhounds are non runners all bets will be settled on the remaining selections at SP.
If any non runners or reserves are involved in the selected races, all bets will be settled at SP.
    Please help Yours

If we cannot resolve this could you please .
Could you please get back to me with your final outcome and a case number please.
Also due to me been a VIP customer you monitor my bets can I have copies of all my bets that are greyhound related from the last 3 months because i know that i have had reserves running for me in the races and lost , so it looks like the bets may be winners after all.

My betting slip was going to pay me £324 with the wrong price . With the correct SP price the bet is worth £852.
Coral’s verdict is even that the till says i have 4 straight winners Coral have not down graded the bet to a treble and offered me £135 . Please someone tell me i am not going sill about this and that i have a case for the bet to be honored by Coral.

I’m not good with rules and regulations, perhaps you should take the issue up with the regulator. I am not sure if these people can help…
