Desperate Hero 7/2, looks a 4 year old on the up, will enjoy the ground and form of his last win is pretty damn sexy. Won by over 4 lengths and the 2nd, 3rd and 5th have won next time up with the 4th running a good 2nd subsequently.

Backed Desperate Hero yesterday afternoon. He’s the most likely one to go on the ground of the top 3 in the market. Although his improvement last time out came on a sounder surface.

Twilight Calls is weak in the market. Maybe the ground and also trainer hasn’t had a winner in 40+ this season. But his shorter priced runners have been running well of late. I do not have Candy as being “out of form”. There is also a lot of pace horses here and TC may get the race run to suit.

Yep, played Darren, I do always look out for ‘2nd in the race last year’ but was put off by her being scratched due to soft ground beforehand and that she was behind a couple here at Ascot.
Callum Rodriguez just found out how stiff that finish at Sandown is, could/should have been a different story. Horse Racing.
