Its only right and proper that the runner-up of any competition is the first to congratulate the winner! Well done and much deserved recognition for what you do Bob!

TutDecember 20, 2010 at 22:04 #333377Win, lose or draw TAPK, as Grasshopper confirmed earlier in the year you are a man of your word that honours your private bets, that makes you winner in life

In any other year you would certainly have got my vote, although it would have been touch and go with Amble, but only because I’ve never understood a little sentence he (or she) has written, therefore what he (or She) writes has got to be good…..

But, (and it;’s not confirmed yet) very well done to Bob.

Your sense of humour helped too!
December 20, 2010 at 23:35 #333398My part was nothing but a bit of fun, you’ve done the work that got the votes with your posts throughout the year. I see Mr Wilson can only afford matches….

Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026

December 21, 2010 at 00:22 #333403Bob YOUR HIR
EDWell a bit of a cliffhanger what ?
I think the recent chill and snows added
to the atmosphere – almost the
Orient Express in a snowdrift.
Many thanks to Mr Pilsen
for his excellent wool campaign,
and he and Nathan Hughes for drumming
up business and ratcheting
up the atmosphere in the restaurant car. Before the comp started I thought
it would be King’s year and it so nearly
was. Who knows if his late faux pas changed
things ?
Extremely high votes for both men
though and confirmation of their
popularity and endeavour throughout
the year.As for my chances I fancied them
when I reached nine votes but those chances
were swept away when, drawing into Innsbruck
in the early hours, gamble put his head out
of the window and was sick on the platform
in full public view !Well done Bing ‘n Bob
