    Scores easily again in France.

    I think this chap just may have the measure of the Ballydoyle stayers. The Gold Cup may be really competitive next month – a race to savour.

    Very impressive. He’s from an excellent family, all of whom got better with age and distance, including the Gold Cup runner-up Reefscape. Seeing how readily he beat Royal and Regal a couple of times last year and what that horse has done in the UK since, it’s hard to see how Coastal Path won;t be in the 3 in the Gold Cup. Still available at 6/1 and 7/1 in a couple of places but I don;t think that will last long.

    Did anyone see how well Sageburg won the prix d’ispahan, I see he’s beaten Darjina 2.5 lengths. Was it an impressive win?
