I’ve got a bunch of bets for Cheltenham so far. I’d say my most confident are MTOY EW at 50/1 for the Champion Hurdle (I’m looking for the place money from this bet, rather than hoping for the win), Alpha Des Obeaux for the RSA and, if he runs, Yanworth for the World Hurdle.

I’m also on Alpha Des Obeaux antepost for the RSA

With you 100% there on MTOY. Taken 50/1 multiple times. Looking less and less competitive with so many question marks over those at the top of the market. I wouldn’t mind seeing Hendo wrap him up now until March.
December 30, 2016 at 14:59 #1279281Alpha des Obeaux trades at 20/1 (RSA) with William Hill today after being pulled up with a burst blood vessel yesterday, had this fellow been trained by anyone else I’d probably swerve him for Cheltenham now but Mouse Morris can work wonders with horses like this,he trades at 14/1 for the 4m event and I have him for both races…He’ll go and win the World hurdle now!
December 30, 2016 at 16:41 #1279293TAPK keeping the Alpha Des Obeaux faith, nice!
Buveur D’Air is 7/1 to win any race with William Hill. I’ve backed it. In whatever race he runs in, he’ll be 7/1 at most. I strongly recommend getting on that, this horse is a monster. He beat Petit Mouchoir at Aintree.

Yes he did Zark, good solid form.I agree with the 7/1 to win any race bet, like you say he could be less than that on the day for either the Arkle or the JLT

Stupidly missed the fancy prices on Thistlecrack, who if he stands he wins, so in case of mishap…
Don Cossack – 12/1. He’s a decent e/w, there’s a chance he doesn’t get there, (Gold Cup) but if he does he

Anyone who backed it may get out if possible.
Fair play to Skelton for keeping people up to date. Maybe worth a bookmaark for someone.
December 31, 2016 at 19:08 #1279557Robin Roe was fine immediately after his fall but became lame when he returned to the stables. He’s unfortunately cracked a bone in knee 1/2
Thanks for that botchy, out until next autumn. And a shame he won’t be a novice

Thanks for that Botchy. My bets down, I can live with that, but it’s bloody scandalous that some
firms are still quoting Robin Roe for the Neptune when Skelton has clearly said he’s out until next
Autumn. I though oddschecker maybe hadn’t updated, but just checked Betfred’s site and they are
offering him at 14/1.January 1, 2017 at 16:34 #1279714Thanks for that Botchy. My bets down, I can live with that, but it’s bloody scandalous that some

Yeah, once i saw it i looked on BF and could of laid 20 quid @ 12’s but did not bother. If i had backed the horse then i would of took it straight away dont get me wrong. The sharks sure took it though. They must be like hawks scouring the net to make £10
January 1, 2017 at 16:59 #1279719I think they must be reading here botchy, they’ve just removed Robin Roe from
the betting. A full day later than they should have, I wonder if they took any
bets during that time…..and if they would do the decent thing and return them,
I would be doubtful on that score. - AuthorPosts
