What happened to the proposals to give more power to the HORSEMEN and less to the BHA
HAS it. Been kicked into touch ???

Don’t recall hearing anything about impending changes so I’ve just had a quick look on their site.
The only thing I learnt was that next Thursday’s card at Leicester is now all hurdles, the two chases have been scrapped due to the ground on chase course being on the firm side. They must be having, and expecting, better weather than us here in the SW. I’m still up for next Friday at Exeter, though, as it’s looking a bit brighter by then.
