Does anyone else agree that this could be the time for Reve De Sivola to win a competitive race especially if the ground is truly soft and not overly tacky? I know he’ll have to beat Manyriverstocross and Henderson’s Finian’s Rainbow but I think he is a class above these lot!
December 29, 2009 at 11:59 #266188I think that Duke Of Lucca is double the price he should be and I will be pretty disappointed if he doesn’t go close. His form is already good and he only four he is likely to improve again.
December 29, 2009 at 12:16 #266194I am very sweet on Finian’s Rainbow. Looked quite green last time out but still won with enough in hand. I expect further improvement. Even so, Reve De Sivola ranks as a big threat.

December 29, 2009 at 14:27 #266226Not sure what to make of this with the outsider seemingly finding massive improvement. Market vibes regarding Duke Of Lucca absolutely correct. Perhaps they knew that Johnson was going to hold up a horse he had effectively made all the running on last time. Mystifying.
If there has been a Cheltenham novice winner on show I suspect it is Quantativeeasing although if you fancy him it is probably best to back him for both races.

And Duke Of Lucca ran no race
