You can certainly consult the relevant Handicap Books in the British Library, and either take notes or pay for photocopies. Oddly, the Handicap Books are not in the Newspaper Department at Colindale, north London but in the main Library at St Pancras.

can you let me know exactly what dates he started posting the letters or the issue Nos as the British library need that as well to do a search for them

The articles about rat of london were published november 14th 1998 and november 21 1998 entiteled" rat keeps raven on"and "rat keeps raven on part two" he wrote many letters but i hope dates will help
