There’s no question that a number of PN’s horses have improved for a wind operation, or that a number of older horses are improved for the application of a tongue-tie.
The quandary is; what is it about these older horses that there is a need for such aids? Is soft palate peculiar to horses bred only for sport, or does it just keep them going longer than, for instance, wild horses?
