I’ve went with an outsider as well Ham, and I’ve taken Dell Orro at 80-1. I will also bet him ew with 6 plcs. I had to add another as I’ve went off Magic Saint.

My main hope is still Happy Diva, and that’s my big one here.

Just the one other at the moment for me, and it’ll be Brelan D’As.

Not overly confident, but taken 25’s Win, and 20’s EW six places.

I think Eamon An Cnoic is almost a very to make the six, but I haven’t went in just yet, as I’m waiting to see if he hits 20’s.

With Kalashnikov out of the running, I like a couple…. Count Meribel and Happy Diva (EW)

I like Splash of Ginge here in the mud. Light weight, got his ground and Twiston Davies is always in form at the start of the season.

    Splash of Ginge 25/1 EW

I’ve gone in on Guitar Pete and Belami Des Pictons. The former is so consistent and I’m convinced is classier than he’s given credit for. A prize like this would be well deserved. The latter could be anything, but it’s hard to ignore the stable’s ability to get them primed after a layoff and could be ahead of the handicapper yet. His bet has come at the expense of Spiritofthegames who looks cut out for this, but I can’t have four. I may regret it.

    Splash of Ginge 50’s ew
    Guitar Pete 16’s ew
    Belami Des Pictons 12’s ew

I backed Slate House. It was frustrating but I am not 100% convinced he would have won.

The only “good” thing about it was it allowed my each way saver Magic Saint to scrape into a place but I think I would still have preferred Slate House to have stood up and took my chance on the win!

Well done to the winners. Happy a welsh trainer won, fantastic for Kerry Lee. Unlucky slate house backers. Didn’t jump well enough bu has some engine

Tizzards should of chanced SH first time out off 135 and gone for caspian double.

I think they will do that next time when they have a good one chucked in.
