    So Betfair ring me up some weeks ago and ask why I don’t use their website.
    ‘The multiples thing is fiddly and the the video is highly unreliable.’
    Well, they said, come back and have a free bet and see the updated site.
    Did this, lost the free bet naturally, and found the multiples are still fiddly and the video tells you you need to have a bet to see a race even when you’ve had a bet. Useless product.

    I agree, they’ve lost their vision and have lost the direction of their product which is a shame.
