Just wondering if anyone has Betfair SP returns for runners in the UK from April 3rd onwards? There has been no upload on the Betfair site since then.
April 15, 2008 at 11:40 #157875This site gives the SP of every runner every day. Don’t know if it gives the Place SP though and it will takes much longer for you to get the info than the simple CSV download.

Just click on "Results" tab and select the relevant dates and meetings

April 15, 2008 at 11:49 #157881Thanks lads. I was looking for the CSV files for all runners. I’d lose the will to live if I had to enter each one into a spreadsheet manually. They haven’t updated the CSV files since Grand National weekend for some reason.
April 15, 2008 at 12:34 #157888Probably the BFSP meltdown during the National has screwed up their data?
April 15, 2008 at 13:37 #157898Give the time. Do you know how difficult it is putting stuff back together after it’s been in the shredder?
April 15, 2008 at 16:40 #157928Have they been able to answer the question of how they’ll cope if someone places a bulky bet at Betfair SP in another high profile event? I suspect not, as there isn’t one! The only solution I can see is if they are prepared to hedge with the traditional bookies- how funny would that be!
April 15, 2008 at 17:41 #157946Like their customer service in general, Betfair have adopted a head in the sand attitude on this one.
So if Frankie rides a fancied one at Epsom in June, SP layers will magically appear to stand the liability this time according to Betfair.
Anyway that’s their problem, I just wish they’d upload the ******* SP’s.
