    No exchange wagering yet, but this investment is good news for California racing. It has generally been assumed that HP is on its last legs, so this is exactly what they need to rebuild.

    Whoever wrote that article has not got much grasp of the language, have they? I found it difficult to understand and it could have done with a few more commas in it.
    Anyway sounds like a good idea which might manage to drag America into the 21st century! :D

    Or back into the 19th – there’s a very good reason we got rid of bookies.
