GO GINGE ARMY!
Awesome! I follow Ginge on twitter. Get in!February 8, 2014 at 18:56 #467543Was it Swing Bowler that was a very fast finishing fifth after meeting a bit of trouble in running? And probably a bit ring rusty as well.
February 8, 2014 at 20:20 #467555Yeah, Swing Bowler finished well. Obviously a plan for Cheltenham
My pics were 3rd and 6th. I was hoping Fehilly would use Irish Saints proven stamina and send him to the front down the straight but he, like a few others i think, misjudged the eventual winner and probably expected him to fold.
Form of the race looks pretty good to me though. No fluke.
February 9, 2014 at 18:37 #467647I really like Splash Of Ginge with an eye to the future.
Whatever he does in the Supreme or County Hurdle, he is going to be a very strong force next year and beyond over fences. As a horse with the pedigree of a dour staying chaser, it is very impressive to see him winning valuable two mile handicap hurdles.

February 10, 2014 at 20:08 #467743What I can’t understand is why they are supposedly aiming Cheltenian at the Supreme when he looks to want further. As do most champion bumper winners.
February 12, 2014 at 23:08 #467902I thought Splash of Ginger won very impressively. Very tough-looking horse by the way he won.
