    I have a problem.  I had my wallet stolen while on holiers in italy not so long ago and so i got a new credit card…a mastercard to be precise. I cant unregister my old card from Betfair.  Even worse, I can register the new one because it keeps saying it doesnt allow non uk debit cards…..Its not a debit card.  Whats wrong…perhaps im doing somthing stupid. :angry:

    Phone them up and explain.

    They should then unregister the stolen card for you and then let you know about the new one.

    Yes phone them up tell them you need to unregister one of your cards.
