13/2 Haatem betvictor whose last 3 runs were superb. However not seen since Royal Ascot would be my one concern

Didn’t expect to betting in this, and although I’m not convinced by the ground, I’ve went with Cicero’s Gift

I’ll root for Haatem Nath, I’ll only have a bet if he goes double figures. I avoid any single figures when off for 300+ days.
Top race, a few of these were ahead of Dancing Gemini last year but he could be mentally ‘with it’ now.
Tamfanas c&d form stands out, lead Artist has a nice cruising speed. The others are priced expectantly except for Alcantor who looks too short at 6/1.
I’ll likely just embrace and not place. Coward.Dancing Gemini ran well last time out. This is a step up from that race. Haatem has been backed into 9/2
Tamfana is a horse I like she travels well but if Haatem is fit he’ll take some passing. If he gets a soft lead it’s game over but if he’s hassled and has to work early it could set it up for Tamfana or Lead ArtistCharles Darwin to conquer the World

I followed this horse last year and felt he got on really well with Kieran Shoemark on board at a time when he was just starting out for Gosden and getting a certain amount of criticism of his riding. Perhaps nerves played a big part, but he has now found his confidence and is riding some superb races.
