Pleasant surprise today, when placing bets over the phone I was informed all UK races are now "Best Odds" until 31 December..you know what I mean, if SP higher than price taken, you can have SP.

This move maybe a sign that all is not well in the Horse Betting markets. Let’s see if Ladbokes, Hills & Corals respond.

Personally, I am satisfied that I can now avail myself better odds for my inevitable losers…you can’t help but feel smug for your selection to lose at a bloody good price!

According to Oddschecker Bet365, Boylesports and Stan James are doing the same offer.

Any coincidence that it’s the 4 bookmakers who have the worst reputations for actually laying a bet.

Bingo DJ ~ I tried to have £80 on a 13/8 shot just before the off with Baldy Fred and was offered £4.60. This of course, pales against the 12p I was offered when asking for £2 on an Alan Berry no hoper last year.
