December 6, 2025 at 14:52 #1746806I can’t believe Cunha has just repeated the same atrocity of a ride as last time.
Get him jocked off now, never to be on Mahons Glory again.
Horse would’ve won cosily if he had a jockey with a braincell onboard. I’m absolutely fuming.

December 6, 2025 at 14:53 #1746808Nice one Peter. Great run from Mr. Vango and also from Val Dancer
December 6, 2025 at 14:54 #1746809He doesn’t stay GM , that was a proper test , Jesus even Vango
was off his feet , Vango should have been about in the 80s , a proper soft/heavy national back then would be right up his streetDecember 6, 2025 at 14:56 #1746810They’re taking a look at the finish, so I’m not getting ahead of myself just yet.
Some finish in the conditions.
December 6, 2025 at 14:56 #1746811Stewards enquiry , shame it’s not France , we’d have a chance of getting it
December 6, 2025 at 14:57 #1746812Bet365 already paid out Peter
December 6, 2025 at 14:59 #1746813HDLG, he kicked with a circuit to go. No horse stays when ridden like that.
It’s an absolute miracle he finished as close as he did.
All Cunha had to do was sit tight until he jumped the last then kick.
Guy got too excited again and emptied the horse. He’s a clown.December 6, 2025 at 14:59 #1746814WD winners.
December 6, 2025 at 14:59 #1746815I think Mr Vango would’ve won if he hadn’t been nudged out by the elbow.
December 6, 2025 at 15:10 #1746821GM he loves the fences but just can’t get home , he got ahead with his jumping , I don’t think he,s the type you’ll get a breather into
December 6, 2025 at 15:34 #1746828Mohan’s Glory doesn’t stay, Twig what a race and Mr Vango if he handed been forced wider on elbow would of won.
He loved the fences hopefully back for more at the Grand National nowVF x
December 6, 2025 at 16:59 #1746840Well done Peter
December 6, 2025 at 20:26 #1746852Thank you all. That was a nervy finish and a nervy wait, but I’m glad for the horse that he has a big prize like this to his name. I didn’t get anything near the price you could have got at the start of the week, and it was half my Galia Des Liteaux stake, but I love this race and I pride myself on having a good go on it each year.
In retrospect Twig is the most Becher Chase horse this side of Feels Like Gold, so I should have known better.
