This extract from the Racing Post website caught my eye about Barry Geraghty.
Geraghty was admitted to hospital on Tuesday to have a kidney stone removed but that will not delay his possible return.
Back home on Wednesday, Geraghty said: “I was in a lot of pain and had to have plenty of morphine. But the problem is sorted and I’m a lot better today.
Wouldn’t this be classed as a banned substance? and he is hoping to make a comeback this weekend?

I had kidney stones, very painful but never had morphine.
Maybe it is banned however what he would have been given to ease his pain would only be small and would probably stop him from riding for a day or so just like if you have an op and go home and they say don’t drive for 24 hours.
After that he would be fine I would imagine.
