I reckon the term indy is almost dead now to be honest.. I struggle to actually describe the music we play, it’s not rock but not really indy.. So who knows.
I’m recording sunday.. This’ll be the 3rd name i’ve recorded under!

Jim, I don’t know whether to thank you or not… No, thats not my band and obviously we won’t be calling ourselves cutback… B*ll*x..
We did record 8 tracks yesterday though, i’ll post up a link once they’re on line so people can rip to pieces/praise our tunes!
The other name we were thinking about was "dry mouth" so may go with that… I’ll have to check the names properly obviously

No worries Jim, better to find out now, we were called Dust once upon a time but got label interest and had to change our name straight away because another band had already released under that name… It’s almost impossible to find a name…
Subtraction ain’t bad either, i’ll see what the boys think.
I once trekked down to London to see The Worried Parachutes. Liked them but concerned that the name would be a disadvantage in the long run.
