    Just forgot to lift his front legs properly at the open ditch in the last race at Chepstow.
    Obviously his left shoulder was smashed into pieces, very sad that he got no proper mention from the course commentator. Just the information about the field bypassing of the two fences (4th and 3rd last). Nothing more!

    The course commentator referred to Monsieur Gibraltar as ‘Monsieur Chevalier’ throughout an earlier race, so you can’t expect much from him.

    Sad to hear about old Ballyvoneen though – really hard to watch. :-(
