Disappointing from the favourite. He did not get the clearest run but once he saw daylight he still had enough time to win if good enough.

Winner done well as pulled a bit
I thought Ryan Moore was soft enough on Tower of London when he got the rail. Was that confidence he had them covered or looking after him for another day
    Well done Jack

    Well done, Jack.

Tower Of London proved himself pattern standard, but he will need to improve on that to figure at Doncaster if he’s sent there.

It was a start stop pace. Got caught in the pocket, took long enough to get the gap, dropped his whip. Not the perfect race for Tower of London.

Saint George wanted a stronger gallop as well coming back a furlong. Not sure the Leger winner came from it unless one runs again and kicks ass.

Yeah, Saint George didn’t have a great position and had to commit early

    Saint George battled on gamely

Didn’t seem to travel as well as he did in the queen’s vase

    No worries, Jack!

And yes, most postings from me are tongue in cheek – “Castle” and “Way” were the only words really needed!

Well done, again, and good luck with the infant parenting!
