I think KARAKA JACK can win this for Dandy trainer had a bad season but i think he win this race along with the Silver cup as well. Not Karaka Jack to win both but Dandy.
September 15, 2011 at 18:15 #19634I think the winner be NASRI he has to carry top weight which will be hard but i feel he pull it off.
September 15, 2011 at 19:01 #371048Parisian Pyramid
is in blinding form and unlucky not to have won either of his last two starts. I can’t look beyond him for an eachway bet in this race.
The only other one I could consider is
Cheveton
. If I back him though he won’t win.
Nasri
is in with a shout alright but top weight is not something I am fond of in these although he claims 3lbs.
If I were to have a bet at the current prices I would go for
Prime Exhibit
@ 18/1 for Richard Fahey. The horse has been kept fresh since April and given two runs to sharpen him presumably for a crack at one of these races. He’ll like the ground and has a claimer on board. It would be for small stakes because I expect Parisian Pyramid to win. Actually I’d be tempted by
Valery Borzov
….tough race, think I’ll stick with PP.
September 17, 2011 at 00:20 #371163Capone’s currently around 25’s which is probably a fair enough reflection on what he’s achieved so far, but I really liked the look of him earlier in the season.
Promised myself I’d back him if he showed up in one of the big handicaps, so I had to take a wee bit of the 60’s and 75’s which was available earlier today.
