Coeur Blimey 10/1
One of the most frustrating horse to follow over jumps when struggling to jump & dare i say it struggle with Lucy up on top. Considering he hits basically every hurdle he’s ran some monster races the last year or two and last won off a mark of 127.
He won very nicely LTO off 86 beating CDL 2L getting 2lbs. CDL franked that form winning very well next time & he is now getting 4 off that rival (another 2 swing).
Think this beast really enjoys himself on the flat, will enjoy the ground and can go very close off 89 with IMO quality jockey David Probert up.June 16, 2019 at 23:29 #1445553Unlucky Kev with Couer Blimey balloted out, but at least money back for you with him.
I’ll go with The Cashel Man here. Recent efforts suggest he might not have came back from his long layoff the same horse, and he wasn’t doing much last time, but with so many distractions here, not least from Mengli Khan, and Snow Falcon, I’ll take a chance on Cashel, on the strength of some of his older form, though he really doesn’t win enough to justify going mad on him.
One at a huge price is Mixboy, and I’m considering him as backup.
The Cashel Man 20’s EW 6 Places
June 17, 2019 at 06:29 #1445582Snow Falcon for me. On a 20s- Colin Keane booked as expected, Meade is flying this flat season. Colin Keane hasn’t bagged a winner yet at the Royal meeting but he’s very good and I wouldn’t be surprised if SF gets him on the board!

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!June 17, 2019 at 09:23 #1445590Am on BUILDMEUPBUTTERCUP 5/1 six places!!
And GUNNERY 50/1 six places.
The only other one I am interested in is BATTS ROCK am on at 12/1 but only five places. This will probably get shorter because of the Frankie Factor!!
Good Luck Guys

Handicapped fair on last seasons efforts, shaping a few times like this extra half mile will suit. Decent draw in 12 & with SDS booked i think he can go close.
June 18, 2019 at 11:19 #1445735From my preview:
5:00 – Ascot Stakes (Handicap)
A change in tempo now as we go from the fast and the furious to a staying handicap. Willie Mullins has a great record in this race and relies solely on Buildmeupbuttercup who won two bumpers and a maiden hurdle so has some ability. However, she’s only that price as it’s a Ryan Moore ridden Willie Mullins horse. I’m happy to take her on at the head of the market. Fun Mac was second in this four years ago and warmed up for the race in a mud bath renewal of the Chester Cup in diabolical conditions when fifth. Coeur De Lion was ahead of him that day but he’s one who relishes the softer ground and connections will be disappointed the ground has dried out. Ulster is unexposed whilst Kerosin is an admirable sort but the nod goes to MENGLI KHAN (7/1). Gigginstown have few runners at Royal Ascot so this entry was more than suprising. He was an excellent novice hurdler in 2018 and set a good standard as a novice chaser this year too. He looked useful on the flat before his move to Ireland for jumping purposes and could be a huge price. If settling into a rhythm, he could really shorten in running and may be classy enough to win for Gordon Elliott. Batts Rock deserves a mention as a lively each way contender.June 18, 2019 at 11:35 #1445738Snow falcon for me
