Thanks goodness this is the last ascot jumps meeting on attheraces, the amount of time spent on it today is of gaff track standards not mention going to the adverts before announcing the photo of the feature race
March 30, 2014 at 15:43 #473725Ridiculous comment. How many meetings have they covered today? Perhaps you prefer RUK’s weekend coverage – one all-weather meeting?
ATR have always given Ascot plenty of airtime.
March 30, 2014 at 17:49 #473730I agree with runandskip ATR barely gave that much time to Ascot today, preferring to spend a lot of their time on the oh-so-exciting flat card at Leopardstown. It might upset some people but it will be a breath of fresh air to see RUK covering Ascot from now on.
March 31, 2014 at 12:01 #473783Agreed there lads, personally thought it was their strongest card too but alas.
March 31, 2014 at 17:04 #473803I think the original poster has some merit. What, for instance, is preventing ATR from reverting back to the red button option they once had where you could select which of the two clashing races you wanted to watch in full screen. Admittedly they are losing Ascot so don’t give a sh*t but maybe that lack of professionalism is precisely why they have ended up with dross.
