I did say almost every Champion Kev and Enable has in fact
graced The Rowley Mile with her presence for a pre Arc gallop there a month ago.You are entitled to feel as you do about Newmarket and prefer Ascot and it does take a bigger crowd capacity which I think the location of Newmarket was a big reason for the change..but for races such as the Cambridgeshire, Cesarewitch and 2000 and 1000 Guineas there is no better place to be..bring it back.

October 26, 2019 at 10:14 #1472849Doncaster abandoned today and the Group I 2yo Trophy lost…don’t know how easy it would be if they could re-arrange and run the race at Newmarket at the Final Meeting next weekend….
The weather has certainly highlighted the case for this race to be moved.Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 26, 2019 at 11:46 #1472870Erm no thanks, we don’t need a pattern race going south. We will have the Hilary Needler back to listed status too. A disgrace. A descendant of Northern Dancer breaks wind in Ascots general direction and they make another pattern race.
