Hi I was wondering if anyone out there knows where I can get archived race cards. Ive seen plenty of sites giving archived results data, but cant find one that that offers the same facility for race cards.
    Cheers

I assume after over 30 viewings and no responses that’s a no then. I suppose ill have to compile my own. Looks like 2011 going to be a long year.

Can you explain what you are after in a bit more detail?

An archived racing result is the racecard, the only difference being the horses are placed in finishing position.

Everything that was on the original racecard appears in the results, especially on the Racingpost and SportingLife websites.

Except race conditions and therefore claiming prices – as mentioned on other thread.

Race conditions don’t appear in the results and nor do racecard numbers; the latter would be particularly useful for quickly identifying horses of potential future interest.

    Hi Blues Brother
If your not around to back at the off and you want to check a potential system then you might need info like the forecasts price. Declared runners as apposed to the actual runners. If the horse was a BF, if it was a C and or D winner. Now you might well be able to get most of these from the results, but I don’t think you can get all them. Plus in a well laid out race card all the above is very easy to find. With the standard results I think you would have to hunt around a bit more.
I hope that’s clear (and that I’m not wrong)
    Cheers
