Hi,
Off to Aintree on Saturday.
Going in West Tip Stand, opposite The Chair.
Had to go there to get seats for my elderly parents.
Anyone been there, any tips, reviews?
Cheers.

The West Tip is a temporary structure a bit further up the home straight than the chair. The seating is outside with a bar and betting facilities behind the seats at the top of the stairs. A nice spot to watch from, there is a big screen in front of you as well but if it’s a bit cold or raining you might be struggling. It’s a hell of a walk to the paddock from where you are and there will be thousands of people to get past as well, so if you are planning to go there, go round the front of the stands not the back – it will be a bit less congested.
Have a good day.

Good view of The Chair too ;)
